Green coffee can be consumed in 2 ways, in the form of regular brewed coffee, and as a coffee extract capsule that can be eaten immediately. But if you plan to use the latter, we remind you to consult your doctor first.

As for the first, here's a simple (but time-consuming) recipe that you can try at home with some fresh coffee beans:

Step 1: Soak the green coffee beans in the water overnight.
Step 2: Boil the coffee beans until boiling for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Let stand for 1 hour as it will release more nutrients into the drink.
Step 4: Strain and enjoy a cup of your green coffee with a little sugar or lemon.

In other ways, grind the whole coffee beans and then soak in the water for 10 minutes, before being consumed with a little sugar. Be careful while grinding green coffee beans, because it is much more difficult than regular roasted coffee beans.
