Everyone will love sweet foods and drinks. Sweet foods such as tea, coffee, ice cream, milk often become a 'must' drink, no matter children or adults. Swedish mother, Anna Larsson decided to stop adding sugar to her
family, after realizing how sugar became one of the bad ingredients when
consumed in excess.

She also noticed, as her four year old daughter became more hyperactive. Then, she decided to cut sugar intake for his daughter. Initially, it was difficult to apply sugar free food to her family, especially her children. But she insisted and tried to make his daughter obey, to eat sugar free food.
And guess what, within a few days she saw a behavior change in her daughter that was very surprising. The daughter
became more calm, fast asleep at night, and did not want to see
television all the time.
She describes her toddler's appetite "as new". Even now her daughter likes to eat cucumbers, peppers, and potatoes for her food. Now, she wants to encourage other parents to take the same attitude toward sugar for the health of their children.
Then, she wrote
down her experience on her Facebook account, and quickly became viral
