    Take lemon juice in a small bowl. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Add a quarter teaspoon of black pepper and a quarter teaspoon of this olive oil. Make it to a fine paste. Combining turmeric with black pepper and olive oil, can increase the absorption of curcumin. You can take this paste, 1-2 teaspoons, two or three times a day. This will be the best abdominal fat burner for you. Consumption after meals, because raw turmeric can cause some stomach problems. So, avoid this consumption on an empty stomach.
  3. Lemon Turmeric Tea
