Simple Diet Method, Lose 7 Kg of Your Weight in 7 Days

Many people are looking for a quick way to lose weight, especially the women. And they often fail to do, because they often not discipline while doing it. They have many reasons, ranging from tempted of their friends to eat delicious food, junk food and the another food that is not good for diet. Well, if you fail to do so, there is an easy and quick way to lose weight in one week.

And the diet is called the GM diet (General Motors Diet). This diet is so controversial, but very promising. General Motors Diet program promises you to lose your weight as much as 7 kg in a week. This low carb diet is developed by the company General Motors, to help maintain the health of its employees.

But it turned out to be famous since the era of the eighties. And currently, has been named one of the most sought after diets on Google during 2017. How to do this diet?

So, how does it work?

Basically, people who follow the diet must keep up a set of very strict rules every day, to see the satisfactory results. And according to Accredited Diet Expert, Lisa Renn, the diet is perfect for those who are 'in a hurry'. There are many rules to follow in each day.

First day : You have to consume the fruits that rich of water (not bananas). This fruit can be eaten indefinitely. Melon is highly recommended.

Second day : All vegetables are allowed either raw or cooked and no fruits are allowed. It starts with a baked potato to give the carbohydrate for your body.

Third day : Mix two days before but no potatoes or bananas.

Fourth day : Bananas and milk are allowed today, as well as vegetables and fruit.


The fifth day : Beef, chicken and fish are allowed together with five to six whole tomatoes. 10 to 12 glasses of water are recommended today.

Sixth day : Beef and vegetables are recommended today.

Seventh day : Red rice for breakfast, followed by fruit juice, unlimited fruit and vegetables.

Why does this diet look fast? This is because the food consumed is very low in calories, about 1.000 to 1.200 calories each day. This diet is also low in carbohydrates and should not be sustainable, just low intensity exercise.

PS : There should be no additional sweeteners such as sugar, and also salt is not allowed.
