    Although dried fruits are rich in nutrients and fiber, they are very high in sugar content. If you want to eat fruit, choose fresh, especially cantaloupe, peach, and strawberry. 
  2. Coffee Drinks with Flavor

    Coffee is very good for health, but if you buy instant coffee that already contains sugar, it is not good and dangerous especially for diabetics.
  3. Fried foods

    Fried foods absorb a lot of oil, which means it will add calories in it. In addition, levels of LDL or bad cholesterol also increased. So, avoid this type of food.
  4. Processed Food

    Sausages, nuggets, or instant noodles contain a lot of unhealthy ingredients such as preservatives, artificial sweeteners, dyes, and sodium. Processed foods also have high levels of glycation. 
  5. High fat meat

    If you want to eat meat, but you are suffering from diabetes, choose low-fat meat. High-fat meat will only increase your cholesterol, especially coupled with diabetes can cause heart attacks. Choose turkey, skinless chicken or fish if you want meat.
