  1. Mint Juice

    Take a glass of mint leaves and one glass of cilantro. Blender together with a glass of water and a pinch of black salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients well. Squeeze half the lemon juice and then mix it together. Drink one glass of juice in the morning. This juice will help you lose weight.  
  2. Mint tea

    You can use dried mint or fresh leaves. In the case of fresh mint tea, grab some fresh mint leaves and add to boiling water and simmer for a while. Then let stand for about a minute. Strain and then drink. In case of dried mint tea, grab some dried mint leaves then add to boiling water. Leave on for about 10 minutes. Strain and drink. Studies show that, you can drink 2-3 cups of mint tea a day for best results. 
  3. Adding to Food

    Take some fresh mint leaves, add to your favorite salad and then eat them. It's not only prevents flatulence but also helps to loss your weight. Along with this program, you need to avoid fatty foods and oily foods rich in calories. In addition, regular exercise and walking half an hour each day is a must, if you want to see best results.
