Why Your Body Still Fatty Although You Have Exercise Every Day?

In various weight loss programs, regular exercise is one of the key. Maintaining a healthy diet balanced with regular exercise is believed to be the most effective and safe way to lose weight. But in some cases, although you have exercise every day, but you still getting fat. So, what's the problem?

That problem caused by these 4 point :

1. Too much do cardio exercise

Indeed, cardio exercise can increase the body's metabolism. But if you do cardio exercise excessively, it will be the side effects. Most cardio exercise can make the body work harder to maintain its durability, so it will save energy as fat to ensure the body can remain energetic during exercise.

2. No break schedule

The process of restoration and rest is as important as the exercise. Because in that period, the body will be more optimal in burning fat. So, do not  too busy with the exercise, you have to take a break too.

3. Have a severe stress

If the body is in a severe stress, then the production of cortisol hormone will increase. Indeed cortisol is needed during exercise to help the muscles get energy and keep moving. But, if you have excessive cortisol, you will get fat accumulation in your body.

4. Always consume processed food  

Although you have exercise regularly, but if you are still consume processed foods, it will be difficult to get slim body. Especially if it contains a lot of sugar and carbohydrates. You have to balance with consuming healthy foods to keep your metabolism.
