Lose Your Weight While Consumption Carbohydrates Routinely

Rice, bread or potatoes is one of the staple foods that we often consume. It's not eating yet, if we do not consume any of these staples. However, this staple food is often referred to as the source of obesity. Especially the content of these staple foods are mostly carbohydrates, which contain high sugar. So no wonder, if the people are running a diet program, they will limit or even eliminate this staple food.

Nutritionist and health trainer from Australia, Lee Holmes, recently talked about this myth and revealed why restrictions on carbohydrates need to be revoked.


"We live in a world where everyone is obsessed with labels.We need to be gluten-free, paleo, vegan, dairy free, sugar free, raw and very healthy.While I understand that all diets are different, they seem to miss important aspects, how to enjoy the life," Lee said.

4 Myth About Carbohydrates that Make Obesity :

  1. You need enough carbohydrate to prevent your weight

    Carbohydrates are not enemies. Actually, carbohydrates can help prevent weight gain. By reducing carbohydrates, as in ketogenic foods, we will lose many important nutrients that can support our intestinal health and immune system. Carbohydrates are full of fiber and prebiotics, which help our bowel function. If you eat unrefined carbohydrates, such as fruit, starchy vegetables and some whole grains such as wheat, you should not be afraid to gain weight! 
  2. Do not eat after 7 pm or you will be fat

    Lee said it was not so. If you are hungry after dinner, it's okay to eat. Be sure to take something more healthy and like fresh fruit or a spoonful of ice cream. 
  3. Fruits juice are bad for health

    Packaged fruit juice does not contain fruit fiber, so it's better to eat whole fresh fruit. Avoid packaged fruit juice, substitute with fresh fruits. You can mix the fruits in juicer by your self. Don't give sugar on it. 
  4. You have to diet to prevent your weight gain

    "Does dieting really make you lose weight? In my opinion, the word diet hopes never existed," Lee said. When we become very preoccupied and obsessed with such a strict diet, it can harm our mental health and social life.

    "It's much healthier for us to keep eating chocolate and enjoy it instead of feeling guilty about eating chocolate! Plus, let's get back to focus on adding good things by not limiting the consumption of food but it should be wise to set it up."
