Decreasing you Blood Sugar Just with one egg

Diabetes is a very common health problem that affects many people around the world. This happens when the pancreas stops producing insulin or when your body does not properly use the insulin properly in the body. The most common symptoms of diabetes are urination more often than usual especially at night, frequent thirst, drastic weight loss, wound healing very long, blurred vision, fatigue.

The experts say the worst thing about the disease is, it can cause many different health problems, such as reduced vision, weakness, blindness, nerve damage, kidney failure, heart disease. You need to be careful in choosing foods to be consumed, so that your blood sugar does not increase. Then, what must to do if your blood sugar is already high?

To regulate blood sugar levels, you only need one boiled egg and a cup of apple vinegar. All you have to do is, boil one egg at night. Once cooked, peel and make a few holes using a fork. Put the egg in a bowl and pour apple vinegar on it, leave it overnight.

The next morning, remove the vinegar and you can consume the eggs. While eating eggs, drink a glass of warm water that has been added 1 tablespoon of apple vinegar. Eggs are loaded with healthy nutrition, and this is a good way to add healthy proteins in your daily menu. Eggs can reduce appetite and make you energized.
