The mistakes In Brushing Tooth We Often do

Brushing teeth is a daily routine of each person. By brushing our teeth, we can always maintain the cleanliness and health of teeth. It is also one way of treating tooth from being damaged due to eat and beverages we eat.
Unfortunately, not many people know the mistakes in brushing teeth. They often brush their teeth in wrong way. They do not realize it. So that cause damage to their teeth.

This is a bad habit when brushing your teeth:

  1. Brushing the teeth in short time

    You should not clean the teeth in hurry. Clean your teeth conscientiously. At least two minutes is the right time to brush your teeth. Do not just exposed to a toothbrush and toothpaste until frothy, you have to make sure for each tooth is cleaned well.
  2. Brushing too hard

    Brushing your teeth too hard will damage the surface of your teeth and make the gums bleeding. Therefore, rub gently. If the toothbrush that you use is make you pain, replace the toothbrush immediately.
  3. Not cleaning the inside of teeth

    Plaque on the teeth is not only attacking the front tooth, but also the inside of the tooth. Therefore, pay attention also to brush the inside in order to clean the plaque inside.
  4. Using the toothbrush that too rough

    Choose a toothbrush with soft fabric that does not damage the enamel and gums. Not only that, a soft brush can actually make plaques can be lifted well.
  5. Not cleaning the tongue when brushing teeth

    Most of people use only toothbrush to brush their teeth, they forget to brush their tongue too. In fact, a thin layer of food and drink plenty accumulate on the tongue. And by brushing the tongue, you can reduce bad breath by 70%! 
So, you have to make it become your daily habit. Brush your teeth properly in order to get optimum results!
