But it was not easy, moreover most of people add salt in cooking without measure, it's not yet for the addition of flavoring which also contain high salt.   1. Drink enough water

    Drinking enough water helps remove excess salt levels in the body and beneficial maintain the pH in the body. Therefore, be sure to meet the needs of water every day.
  2. Doing more exercise

    Sport or many moves can trigger to sweating. Sweat makes the body breaks down the salt and remove it easily.
  3. Consuming milk

    Consumption of foods containing milk such as yogurt, can help to reduce the levels of salt in the body. The soybeans can also help reduce levels of salt, because of its high protein. 
  4. Replace salt with natural ingredients

    There are several alternatives of salt substitutes that can help you to reduce salt levels, There are: lemon, sliced ginger, garlic, and others. 
Actually, our body always gives an alarm when excess salt intake. The alarm are: always thirsty, weakness, tingling sensation. Therefore, you have to do prevention action, so it will not to harm your body
