Bicyling is Simple Ways to Lose Your Weight

Bicycling is a good way to see the outdoors, breathing fresh air or just around your town. This activity can also burn your calories, fading your fat and improve cardiovascular health. Cardiovascular is linked to heart and blood vessel. You can burn 400-500 calories during one hour of cycling. But it all depends on your weight and the intensity of your cycling.

Cycling is also very good for the body to build muscles.
Some of motion cycling movement to build muscle is uphill and high intensity cycling. Your muscles in your legs (quadriceps, hamstring, calf) will become stronger and more developed.

The art of building muscle is not only makes the body look slimmer and more powerful, but also increases resting metabolic rate. The higher your resting metabolic rate, the more calories you burn when resting.

So, after 8 hours you are cycling, sitting on your couch, and your calories is still burn. Cycling is also great for enhance the core part of your body, abdomen and back muscles. Strong core section is great for balance and posture. It is also great for everyday activities, such as carrying a child, working in the yard, to lifting groceries.
