This is recipe to make delicious smoothies to lose weight

Ingredients:

  1. 1 banana
  2. 1 oranges
  3. 2 tbsp almonds, crushed
  4. 2 tbsp flax seeds, grounded
  5. 2 fresh or dried figs
  6. 1/3 cup water

How to make:

Mix and blend orange with all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. Drink while still fresh. If you are using dried figs, soak first in water for about half an hour before use.

  1. 1 cup raspberries
  2. 1 apple
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1/2 lemon
  5. 1 tbsp flax seed, grounded

How to make:

Blend all ingredients until smooth, drink it fresh. Don't peel the apple when you use organic apple.
