According to the World Health Organization (WHO), adults should limit consumption of sugar for their health. It should not be more than 12 teaspoons per day. When in fact, people are consuming more than 12 teaspoons of sugar per day. Once you've become dependent with sugar, you could say lovers of sugar or sugar addiction.

This is the sign that you're sugar lovers:
  1. You're Tired All Day Long

Fatigue can occur for many reasons, one of which is due to too much sugar. Once you've been addicted to sugar and eat a lot of sugar, you will not consume enough protein and fiber, both of which can help you obtain energy intake.
  2. Sweet Foods don't Taste All that Sweet

When you too often and consume lots of sugary foods, then your tongue will be familiar with sweet foods. It makes sweet foods don't taste sweet like before. Finally, you will add a dose of sugar to make sweeter your food.
  3. You Get Headaches when You Cut Back

Similarly the coffee addicts, when you stop or reduce consumption of sugar than usual, and you will feel a headache. Not only that, you will also experience changes in mood to anxiety.
  4. Your Majorly Craving Carbs

Carbohydrates are broken down in the body into sugar, so the desire for women to consume pasta, pretzels, or bread is actually a sugar craving, not desire for carbohydrates.
