Every finger of your hand is said to be connected to other areas of the body :
  1. The thumb is connected to the stomach and spleen 
  2. The forefinger is connected to the kidneys and bladder 
  3. The middle finger is connected to the gallbladder and the liver 
  4. The finger is connected to the colon and lungs 
  5. The little finger is connected to the small intestine and liver 
  6. While the palm of the hand is connected to the abdomen

  1. Thumb are for worries 
  2. The forefinger are for the emotions of fear and depression

Method

When you experience certain emotions, identify them first. You have to calm down. Sit for 2 minutes and breathe deeply. Hold the finger associated with a specific emotion. Just hold it gently with the other side. Not too hard and not too soft. For example, If you are depressed or scared, hold your forefinger. If you are nervous before a job interview or presentation, hold your little finger.

Hold your finger for 3-5 minutes. Breathe deeply. Release your grip after feeling the throbbing sensation. Repeat the same for the other fingers. After doing this, your stress level will decrease. This method can be tried anytime, anywhere and without side effects. Just like blood circulation, energy also circulates throughout the body. This method is said to improve flow and clean the barrier.
