  1. Wake up late

    Ideally, a person sleeps for 6 to 8 hours a day. Sleeping more than this can increase the risk of obesity to various health problems. Researchers say if you get up early than 7 am can damage the body's performance system. Waking late more than 7 am is believed to increase the risk of obesity and accumulation of fat in the body.
  2. Letting Room Always Dark

    Letting the atmosphere of the room always dark in the morning while the sun has rised is a bad habit that can increase the risk of obesity. Activities and getting ready in a dark room during the morning not only increases the risk of obesity but also increases the risk of stress, depression and bad mood. It is important that you open the window of the room in the morning and let the sunlight through your bedroom. 
  3. Lazy Tidying Beds
