For some people, insects are belong to ridiculous animals. No need to hold or even eat the insects, just look at it would have been reluctant. But, do you know if you have been eating insects almost every day? It's just that we do not realize it. This is a very surprising fact. A caterpillar is one of the most nutritious insects. 100 grams of caterpillars can be equivalent to a protein of 53 grams. In addition to protein, caterpillars also contain iron, thiamine and niacin which are certainly much more nutritious when compared with lean beef.

After knowing this fact, you may feel disgusted. But if you prefer not to eat insects, then avoid processed foods. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables is one of the best ways to get rid of insects. Because fresh fruits and vegetables can be washed and we can feel or check directly to determine whether there are insects or not.
