List of Foods that You Have to Avoid for Mix them

Consuming vegetables & fruits every day is very important for the overall health of the body. However, sometimes we like to experiment with mixing 2 fruits or vegetables & eating them at the same time.This can be fatal for our health. You should not mix the foods of this. Here the list.

List of foods that should not be mixed and then eat it :

  1. Bananas and Puddings

    The combination of banana-pudding will be hard to digest which will slow your thinking power. Both of these blends will also increase the production of toxins, which can be fatal especially for infants.
  2. Carrots and Orange

    Carrots and oranges are a popular combination of juices, but it should be noted that it can lead to heartburn and excess reflux of bile. In some cases, it has even been reported to cause kidney damage as well as other problems that may be fatal. 
  3. Milk and Pineapple

    Pineapple is rich in bromelain which should not be mixed with milk. If combined, it can cause headaches, stomach aches, nausea, infections, diarrhea and other dangerous problem especially for babies.  
  4. Milk and Orange

    If you're one of those people who add orange juice to cereal, you have to stop it now. This can make your stomach unable to process starch from cereal, because milk can neutralize it.
