If You Are In This Condition, You Should Avoid to Consume Ginger!

Ginger is a flowering plant native from China. Ginger is included in the Zingiberaceae family members. It is very high in nutrients and bio active, so that it's very good for spice and also good to use as a natural (herbal) medicinal plants. Because of the fact that it is so effective in the case of ailments with the digestive system, it is considered to be “a cure for everything”.

However, although many facts prove that ginger can cure various diseases, you are not allowed to consume ginger if you have conditions like this :

1. Pregnancy

Ginger is great for your muscle and digestive system. But, if you are pregnant, you should avoid taking ginger, because it can cause premature contractions. Prohibition drinking ginger for pregnant women, especially in the last trimester.

Besides can cause premature contractions, ginger can also inhibit the absorption of vitamins, iron and fat. However, you are still allowed to consume ginger in small quantities, because this can also reduce morning sickness. Make sure you consult with a doctor first.

2. Blood disorder

Ginger can enhance your blood flow, improving circulation, so it's good for people who have obesity, diabetes, peripheral artery disease or raynaud's disease. But for those of you who suffer from hemophilia, should not consume ginger.

This can be a partially condition that the clotting flexibility in the blood is reduced. It means that even a small bleeding injury can result in death. Accordingly, ginger may well reduce the effects of the consequences in the treatments implemented in such a case and may well get worse the case together with cause deadly haemorrhaging.


3. Underweight people

For those of you who are underweight, should avoid taking ginger. This is because ginger has a high fiber content, increase gastric pH and stimulates digestive enzymes. Therefore, ginger will burn fat in the body, lowering desire to eat, the result would be decreased weight gain, hair loss, and poor muscle mass. 


4. Undergoing
a treatment

People who are being treated for high blood pressure or diabetes, it is better to avoid taking ginger, because it can change the effect on their bodies. Properties of ginger can thin the blood, will reduce the effects of the medications.  

If you are included in the above group are forbidden to consume ginger, you can replace the ginger with sweet paprika, cayenne pepper or red pepper. The effects of paprika is similar to ginger. You can consume sweet paprika or red pepper if you do not like spicy food.
