A healthy and successful weight loss is something that many people have been hoping for lately. Actually, it's not hard to do. You just have to be patient and consistent about various things. Eat lots of vegetables, reduce or eliminate sugar intake, increase intake of healthy oils and eat only vegetable protein. Make sure you eat well, and do Physical activity on a regular basis.

Simple steps to activate your fat burning hormone :

  1. Eliminate All Sugar Intake

    Carbohydrates have a very negative role if you want to lose weight. Eating cakes, starchy vegetables, processed foods, will provide easy energy. But your body will use it instead of burning your fat reserves. If you decide to lose weight, you should stop eating carbohydrates and sugar! 
  2. Increase Vegetable Consumption

    You should eat more vegetables such as beans and green vegetables. If the vegetables are steamed and raw, you need more calories or energy to digest, and that's exactly what you need to start losing weight. Vegetables are abundant for fiber, so very good for your gut. Take green vegetables for breakfast, and then salad for lunch and dinner. The results will amaze you! 
  3. Consumption of Various Vegetables and Fruit Juices

    Homemade juice is recommended. People who have problems with high blood sugar, preferably intake of green vegetables such as spinach, celery. You can add more protein with the help of long beans, asparagus and cauliflower. If you want sweet juice, you make it with a mixture of apples, beats and carrots. 
  4. Replace All Animal Protein with Vegetables

    Make sure you replace all animal protein with peas and other nuts. If you can not imagine your diet without butter, try replacing it with coconut oil (VCO). Replace cooking oil with olive oil.

    Our bodies need protein so they can build new muscles and tissues while we exercise. Make sure you eat some vegetable protein and some healthy oils on your daily meal.
     
  5. Follow the Right Eating Schedule

    If you have decided to start the process of weight loss, you should know how to train the body and mind to not eat after 7 pm. The last time to eat should be at 4 or 5 pm, but you can eat 3 snacks or a salad for dinner. Stop using sugary drinks or natural fruit juices, and replace them with herbal teas or lemon juice.

    You should not miss a meal. Try an early dinner or breakfast early. Always eat slowly and stop when you feel full!
     
     
You may need a few weeks or a month to complete this phase. To speed up the result, you should get exercise 30 minutes per day.
