As we know, the food that we eat everyday is consist of many kinds. However, not all foods have a good content for the body.

Beneficial foods is, seaweed, red meat, oily cold water fish, spinach, kale.
AVOID foods is, wheat, corn, kidney beans, navy beans, white potatoes.

Blood type AB

Beneficial food is, tofu, cultured dairy products, broccoli, walnuts, cauliflower.
AVOID foods is, chicken, corn, buckwheat, lima beans, kidney beans.
