Detox your Body From Sugar Just in 3 Days

The weight gain becomes a serious problem in today's society. It is associated with several serious diseases, such as obesity and also become one of the main causes of cardiovascular problems and other diseases. In general, weight gain is caused by excessive sugar consumption. Sugar is found in almost every food you eat every day, including natural ingredients like honey, banana, or mango.

Consuming too much sugar not only results in weight gain, it can also cause some problems, such as headaches, fatigue, infections, hyperactivity, and even cancer. Indeed, sugar is very important to our body. Sugar is used as a source of energy, but the excess will be converted into fat.

Day 1

  • Breakfast: Scrambled or boiled eggs, with several berries, almonds and different grains.  
  • Snack: A bowl of peanuts  
  • Lunch: Chicken breast with radishes, carrots, butternut, beans, sweet potatoes, and beets.  
  • Dinner: A piece of salmon with some fried mushrooms and broccoli. Alternatively, you can bake fish with a bowl of medium-sized green beans.

Day 2

  • Breakfast: Same as day 1 
  • Snack: Same as day 1 
  • Lunch: A bowl of grated cabbage with a pinch of salt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Bake zucchini with yellow and red peppers covered with thyme, vinegar, and lemon juice. 
  • Dinner: Roasted cod fish with sauteed bok choy, Brussels sprouts roasted and turnips, steamed vegetables, and some soups.

Day 3

  • Breakfast: 3 pancakes with some shrimp and salad made of kale, walnuts, and a cup of almond or berries. 
  • Snack: Same as day 1 and 2 
  • Lunch: Roasted chicken with black olives, thyme, onion and lemon juice. 
  • Dinner: Penne pasta with a serving of red rice and tomato sauce, mushrooms, basil, and a bowl of vegetable broth.  
Follow the detox plan for 3 days, and you will successfully detoxify your body from sugar and improve your overall health.
